Advanced Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel your consultation appointment, doing so with at least 24 hours’ notice allows us to extend a full refund to you. Please note, a nominal administrative fee, equivalent to 5% of your initial payment amount, will be deducted to cover processing expenses.

Last-Minute Cancellation

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes last-minute changes are unavoidable. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, we will provide a refund of 50% of the consultation fee you paid. This policy helps us manage our schedule and availability for other clients while still offering you flexibility.

Should you need to reschedule your consultation, doing so more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time will incur no additional fees. We aim to accommodate your needs and schedule adjustments without extra charges, provided ample notice is given.

Short-Notice Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes adjustments need to be made close to the appointment time. If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a refund of 50% of the initial consultation fee will be issued for the first consultation scheduled. This policy is in place to fairly balance the needs of our clients with the operational requirements of our service.

Late Arrival Policy

Late Arrival

Time is valuable for both our clients and our consultants. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the consultation will be considered cancelled. In such instances, to accommodate the inconvenience caused to our schedule, you will receive a refund of 50% of the consultation fee.
